Hi, I'm Parker Rollins

My design interest is fueled by the power apparel can hold for people. Every person wears an article of apparel everyday for protection, comfort, style, exposure, and many other reasons. I create to give myself and others something to feel confident in everyday. Apparel has the power to change someone's view of themselves, whether it's to help boost confidence in looks, or functionality, the things people wear have the power to express what is important to them. Growing up I was fascinated by Nike's shoe developments and the way they were able to propel athletes toward success. I became actively engaged with all the new advancement Nike was producing and desperately wanted to be a part of it in any way I could. The OPDD Program has helped me learn and develop skills that place me in the world of designing and creating products that are successful. In the OPDD Program I am given the opportunity to learn how to make user conscious products that push the world forward. I am excited to continue learning and practicing the skills needed to design and create apparel and other products that change consumers' lives.
